Some 600 acres of themed gardens: a formal French garden, a Stonehenge replica, a valley of life-size dinosaurs, and Thai cultural and elephant shows four times a day.
Book ticketsNong Nooch Tropical Garden is a private botanical garden 18 km south of Pattaya.
Nong Nooch is two things at once: a serious plant collection, with more than 12,000 species and some of the largest living collections of palms and cycads in the world, and a day out with landscaped European-style gardens, Dinosaur Valley and a theatre with daily shows.
A formal French garden modelled on Versailles, with formal parterres, and an Italian garden lined with marble statues.
A full-size copy of the prehistoric stone circle in England, built in 2000 among the themed gardens.
Opened in 2017: hundreds of life-size dinosaur figures in a landscaped valley, some of them with sound effects.
Glasshouses of cacti and succulents, orchid collections and a bonsai garden.
Thai classical dance, Muay Thai, sword fighting and a staged Thai wedding, then an elephant show next door. Four rounds a day.
The garden's lakes are stocked with arapaima from the Amazon, 1.5 to 2.5 m long. You can buy food on site and feed them from the bank.
The prices below are online. At the gate, entry alone costs ฿600, or ฿400 for children. Children under 90 cm go free, children from 90 to 130 cm pay the child price, and anyone taller pays the adult price.

How to get to Nong NoochThe Thai cultural show and the elephant show run four times a day, at 10:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 15:30, back to back in neighbouring venues, so one round covers both. The schedule can change: check it at the ticket counter on the day.

On a hot day, yes. The garden covers about 600 acres and the sights are far apart, so the bus saves a long walk in the sun and gives you an overview before you set off on foot.
Come when it opens at 08:00. Mornings are cooler and quieter, and you can see the gardens before catching the 10:30 or 11:30 show.
Yes. Children under 90 cm go free, and Dinosaur Valley, the elephant show and feeding the giant fish all suit children. Take the sightseeing bus: the distances are long for small legs.
If you book online through Klook, you get a mobile voucher. Show it at the ticket counter at the entrance and exchange it for a physical ticket.
Yes. There are restaurants and snack stalls in the garden, and a Thai or Indian lunch buffet can be booked together with your entry ticket.
